ULTRA WORLD X-TET performs a dynamic, soulful, and elegant musical fusion that draws from Western and Asian traditional and contemporary concert forms, modern jazz, and experimental textures. The band’s unusual instrumentation includes multiple guzhengs (23 string Chinese zither), saxophone, bamboo flutes, bass, and drums/percussion. We invite you to come to our next performance where you can fully experience this pioneering mix of music and culture.
